Please note these terms and conditions can change depicting the conditions and circumstances of nature and discretion of presenter and Repair of The Black Family. All payments are due upon appointment scheduling. For automatic drafts in the 30 Day, Bi-Weekly, or Weekly Cycle periods of automatic draft payments must continue in the agreement chosen scheduling by the client. If there is a stop payments, disputes, claims, charge-backs, "over-payments", insufficient funds, canceled cards, placed with the financial institutions, banks, merchants without an agreement and/or arrangement with Repair of The Black Family Management you forfeit all funds and placement for services. There are no refunds especially in violation of trust that is agreed by signing up for this service. Service appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for appointment and notify us of the cancellation and/or reschedule. This is to ensure accurate service for all clients and potential clients. If one cancels within the 24 hour time frame of the scheduled appointment, one then forfeits the paid donation and has to secure an another appointment by scheduling/rescheduling for their best available time.
